We’ve also adopted the Safe Work Information Model (SWIM) which is an industry-led initiative with Safe Work Australia. We provide relevant and critical safety information for each individual team member, tailored for their role and our workplace. Most importantly, each of our employees is empowered to stop work if they feel unsafe, articulate why and we help find another way to improve a course of action and/or alleviate concerns.
