Fresh off the press: Industrial Environmental news coverage in Green Review

We’re thrilled to share Industrial Environmental has been featured in the June edition of Green Review magazine.

The article, titled ‘What to consider when repurposing land for re-use’, touches on how demand for development-ready land in Australia is at unprecedented levels. It lists a number of things landowners and developers need to be aware of when preparing land for re-use. Specifically, the article talks about the need for environmental remediation thanks to any number of contaminants found in soil, a legacy due to prior land use.

While these considerations sound dramatic, they need not cause concern or impact land value (as converting these sites for new purposes is incredibly profitable, even with the cost of remediation). The article shares helpful advice for both landowners and developers, including:
